Code: 02.02/2024» ENERCON Portugal» Ref: 7264896 » 19-12-2024 » Viana do Castelo » Gestão de Empresas / Economia Detalhe da Oferta:Enercon’s Global Shared Services Center delivers high quality services for Non-Trade Procurement, supporting all Global Categories and Competence Centers within the Procurement organization. Your role: Drive all regions consolidation into Global Procurement Shared Service Center. With a Team of 25 players based in Portugal and Germany, the scope of activity encompasses creation of service framework and building-up capability to provide competent support to customers from different regions and countries. Your tasks: Reporting to the Competence Center Director for SSC & Region Management within Enercon’s Global Procurement division, you will be responsible for: • Team coordination (recruitment, integration & training, management, appraisals, guidance on career evolution); • KPI continuous definition, monitoring and reporting; • Simplify and standardize processes to make the most out of Procurement. • Control the Global Shared Services purchasing activities with external business partners; • Ensuring the smooth transfer of tasks to the GP Shared Service Center and deliver performance efficiency through a structured task arborescence and proper system tools; • Ensure that purchasing requests are in compliance with ENERCON procurement guidelines and catalogues; • Act as a pacemaker for Procurement related IT systems global standardization; • Maintain ENERCON contract and catalogue solution for Strategic Procurement and support data maintenance for Global Procurement (Supplier, Contract, Info-records, source lists); • Responsible for the Team contribution in regards of supplier performance analysis (mainly through selected suppliers evaluation). Your Skills: • Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related fields (mandatory); • Minimum 5 years’ experience on Purchasing • Minimum 3 years’ experience on Team management role (mandatory); • Good Knowledge in IT Tools, Office and SAP (P2P and Ariba as a plus) • Excellent language skills in English; • Internationally minded, used to multi-cultural environments and to managed cross-functional roles (also at distance); • Service and result oriented; • Membership of Global Procurement Institute such as CPS, ISM (as a plus); • Availability for travelling.
