Sodexo is currently implementing a Shared Services Center in Porto that will support several countries across Europe with the processes of Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Master Data, Training & Continuous Improvement, among others. You will be responsible for:
   » Driving the deployment of P2P Core processes and solution across countries of SoOne scope
   » Providing assistance to countries part of SoOne at the different stages of the project : fit gap, knowledge transfer, User Acceptance Test (UAT), and Business simulation
   » Being the main point of coordination for the P2P scope, between the CORE team and the Country team and SBS
   » Adapt Core documentation to Country context and transition, to deliver an accurate documentation and knowledge transfer to SBS
   » Driving UAT phase for P2P scope : plan, mobilise country users, report progress follow-up

What you’ll need to succeed:
   » Financial background – 10 years minimum of experience
   » Operational experience in Accounts payable scope.
   » Contribution to project management and change management initiatives in large company, and preferably in international context
   » Fluent in English is a must.
   » Frequent travel in Europe. Candidate must be able to spend 3 to 4 days a week abroad, during several weeks to support the transition
