Our client is looking for a AP Specialist. Principais responsabilidades » Responsible for ensuring vendor invoices are processed and paid; » Responsible for ensuring continuation of supply raw material, indirect goods and services; » Perform duplicate checks to minimize errors in the payment of blocked invoices; » Monitor aged creditor balances and escalate issues as well as 90+ suppliers; » Prepare payment proposal reports, gaining approval and executing; » Train the OCR software to recognize invoices/vendors, creating vendor templates; » Reconciling supplier statements; » Month end close activities; » Supplier Management; » Invoice Processing. Perfil desejado » Academic Background in Accounting, Management, Economics or experience in similar processes in a GBS context; » Working knowledge of similar processes; » Good level of English is mandatory; » Fluent German, Russian, German or other European Language are valued; » SAP knowledge; » Good communication skills, able to work as part of a team and attention to detail.
