Our client is a multinational contact centre, specialized in business outsourcing, customer experience and sotware solutions. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who must have the ability to ensure the best possible experience to customers by having an energetic and friendly approach. Key Responsibilities: - Complaint management and escalation when needed; - Answer customer requests and/or doubts; - Ensure suggestive selling if there is openness on the part of the customer (cross selling); - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies/procedures; - Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Required Skills: - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in German; - Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills; - Customer, partner and solution oriented with a professional approach; - Ability to work in a fast paced environment; - Ability to handle calls, emails, social media or webchats and take notes at the same time.
