Our client is a multinational shared services centre, specialized in business outsourcing, customer experience and software solutions. We are looking for a Technical Support Advisor who must have the ability to ensure the best possible experience to customers by having the ability to solve emerging issues with precision and efficiency, an energetic and friendly approach and also someone who is passionate for technology. Responsibilities: - Complaint management and escalation when needed; - Answer customer requests and/or doubts; - Ability to provide technical support to clients; - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies/procedures; - Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Required Skills: - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in German (C2); - Keep up with the latest IT and tech-related trends; - Demonstrate patience when communicating and strong problem solving ability; - Proactive, self-motivated and a great team player; - Ability to handle calls, emails, social media or webchats.
