What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? •Ensure the Data Transformation team supervision, development and coaching, and guarantee that the delivery outcomes are in line with the program plan; •Support the definition, execution and supervision of the data strategy and transformation initiatives as well as support the alignment of business and digital transformation initiatives to ensure a continuous coherence; •Define and ensure the implementation of the internal and external data operative model supported by a data ecosystem strategy; •Run workshops with key stakeholders to provide awareness on data governance and train them on the new roles; •Drive the implementation of initiatives to foster data awareness and innovation within the organization. What is required from you? •Master degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or other similar area; •Minimum 06 years’ experience in defining data strategies, implementing data transformation programs or data governance initiatives; •Proven experience in data projects planning, solutions definition and adopting new data strategies; •Previous experience with project management practices, agile delivery approaches and stakeholder’s relationship management; •Knowledge of Analytics and Big Data tools as well as databases, including SQL and other market trends and technologies; •Good communication and interpersonal skills; •Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
