We are looking for experienced Compliance Manager to integrate an international insurance project in Porto. Responsibilities: - Compliance and risk matters within EMEA; - Insurance regulatory activities, requirements, authorisations and compliance; - External and customer facing activities; - Draft customer terms and conditions and provide regulatory input into client agréments; - Internal facing procedures; - Product governance; - Lead and implement risk management. Profile: - 5+ years experience inhouse in similar positions as a compliance manage/officer; - Experienced in the insurance field; - Experienced in the EU and familiar of IDD and EU insurance regulation. Nice to have: - Experienced dealing with insurance regulators; - Experienced of risk management Drafting skills.
