We are currently looking for a:

Sales Assistant – Bilingual in English

Your employment in our company will start by an initial training period of several weeks, during which you will be introduced to our methods and services.

Your role will be to:
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities and schedule sales meetings with prospects for the Sales Managers;
•Prepare meeting minutes and service offers;
•Assist in the administrative management of signed contract;
•Keep Salesforce and other databases updated;
•Keep the sales reports updated;
•Keep the sales templates updated and communicate internally about those updates.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate shall have the following profile:

•University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar;
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B sales business development position;
•Bilingual in English; other European languages are a plus;
•Knowledge of Salesforce
•Excellent knowledge of Excel
•Understanding of databases
•An ambitious, self-motivated, hardworking and career-minded sales professional, with a confident and friendly personality and with excellent written and oral communication skills.

The position is based in Braga, Portugal and involves frequent travel.
